Is there a minimum order?

Yes, but it is a low figure of 50, meaning that the accepted order of 250 cards is a thing of the past. So if employees have varying requirements for quantities this can be catered for.

Quality?

We use a 325gsm digital white board that is a standard business card stock. We will be pleased to supply you with a sample of the card for approval.

How do I pay?

You can pay by 30-day invoice (subject to credit check) or by debit or credit card be it a business or corporate card. Many companies are saving considerable sums of money by allowing credit card payments of small amounts as it saves time for the accounts department. If you choose to pay by invoice we will require a purchase order number for each order.

No problem! We can either set up cards for each address or allow you to select the address when making the order. The choice is yours! And if you are worried about security then we can allow each office to have its own unique username and password. We can also invoice different divisions or offices if that is what you require.

How can I guard against human error?

Care must be taken in inputting the information. However, it is possible to get someone to check it before the order is placed, as a facility exists for orders to be authorised. You can also print off the card before confirming the order.

This will no longer apply. Individual orders can be made meaning that new employees do not have to wait for their cards.

What security is in place?

You can only obtain access to your company cards by logging in with a unique username and password. We can add in a second tier that will result in orders not being processed until they are authorised by a person you designate. This person will also have his or her own individual username and password.

If you choose to pay by debit or credit card Protx, in association with HSBC, will handle this on our behalf in a totally secure environment.

Is this system tried and tested?

Yes, most of the major blue chip companies have been using it for several years. They have saved many thousands of pounds not just by reduced costs but in a massive reduction in administrative time.

How long will we have to wait for our cards?

Our policy is to despatch orders within three working days of receipt. If you require an order urgently we will do our utmost to despatch on the same working day.
